
PIPING SUPERVISOR
GENERAL
This course includes theoretical and practical classes for Refinery Piping, Cross Country Pipeline and related activities. Clear explanation is made to read, communicate and supervise piping activities using Piping drawings such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Isometric Drawings, Equipment Drawings, and General arrangement Drawings (GAD). Selection of piping material as per drawing, Pipe fabrication, Fit- up, Welding, Hydro test, Erection and other supervisory activities are also included. It is well proved that other than Mechanical Enginees/ Diploma holders, even BSc, BA and B Com graduates develops their career in the technical fields and take independent responsibilities in piping and pipeline construction activities at initial time and gradually take charges in the Welding, NDT and other fields also.

EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION (Piping Supervisor)
Unit test is conducted after completion of each chapter and Final examination is conducted after total course of study. Certificate is issued by Induscan Petroleum Institute.
QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BSc Graduation is the basic qualification required for admission. Course is also offered for graduates with BA or BCom.
REGISTRATION
Properly filled application form along with a copy of Certificate shall be submitted either in person or through email. Pay Rupees 1000/- (Rupees thousand only) either as cash or as Demand Draft from any bank favoring “ Induscan Petroleum Institute”, payable at Nilambur. Candidates who have not obtained the final certificate shall attach the “course completed certificate” from their college.

The fees shall be paid in Two instalments as specified below.
First instalment at the time joining the class
Second instalment on next month
CLASS TIMING
Theory 9-00 AM to 2-00 PM,
Practical 3-00 Pm to 5 PM
6 Day week, Sunday holiday
HOSTEL FACILITY
Hostel is available with cooking facility. Prior registration is required for hostel facility.
PLACEMENT
Placement is guaranteed for minimum 25% candidate of each batch and placement assistance for others.
