PIPE FABRICATOR

GENERAL  
This course includes
Theory based class on Piping Isometric Drawings, Pressure Vessels and Storage tank Fabrication Drawings.
Practical Fabrication Training
“Hand on job" Training for Refinery piping and related activities.        

SYLLABUS  
Duration of course is 1.5 months, with the following chapters

Chapter-2 Construction Drawings
Static Equipment & Storage Tank Drawings
Piping Isometric Drawings
Structural Drawings

Chapter-3 Construction Materials & Dimensions
Pipes
Plates
Piping Components
Structural Components
Material Inspection and Dimensional Check

Chapter 4. Fabrication
Fabrication of Piping,
Fabrication of Pressure Vessels,
Fabrication of Storage Tanks

EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION  
Unit test is conducted after completion of each chapter and Final examination is conducted after total course of study. Certificates issued by Induscan Petroleum Institute.

QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION  
Plus two in any discipline.

REGISTRATION  
Properly filled application form along with a copy of Certificate shall be submitted either in person or through email. Pay Rupees 1000/- (Rupees thousand only) either as cash or as Demand Draft from any bank favoring “Induscan Petroleum Institute, payable at Nilambur. (Collect the application form from our office or download it from web site).

FEE INSTALLMENTS
The fees shall be paid in two instalments as specified below.
First instalment at the time joining the class
Second instalment on next month

CLASS TIMING
Theory 9-00 AM to 2-00 PM,
Practical 3-00 Pm to 5 PM
6 Day week, Sunday holiday

HOSTEL FACILITY
Hostel is available with cooking facility. Prior registration is required for hostel facility.

PLACEMENT
Placement is guaranteed for minimum 25% candidate of each batch and placement assistance for others
