Industrial Exposure Programs

An innovative program that provides hands-on experience in the real-world working environment

Faculty Training Program
Course Code: FTP23

The Faculty Training Program is a short-term skill development program specifically designed for Mechanical, Production, and Industrial engineering faculties to fine-tune their technical knowledge in line with advanced and updated industrial exposure. Through this program, engineering faculties can experience the practical applications of core subjects of mechanical engineering. The training program (theory and practical), will help them to enhance sufficient clarity on the area of the need of the day. In parallel, real-time practical exposure to the fundamentals of engineering subjects will make their lecturing and training easier and more intriguing. Upon completion of the course, the participant will have in-depth technical know-how in mechanical manufacturing and construction areas and learn ways to better motivate students in their core subjects.

Industrial Exposure for B.E/B-Tech Students
Course Code: IEB23

Mechanical engineering is a vast field of engineering. It is noted that a large percentage of students struggle to score the required minimum marks in the core subjects of each semester even though their aptitude is high. Many of them lose their confidence after first-year itself. Due to the failure in lower semesters their interest and confidence in attending further semesters diminishes. Close observation of such students revealed that they would have scored well in examinations if they had an opportunity for practical exposure towards the industrial application of mechanical engineering. A clear understanding of engineering studies is possible for beginners in mechanical engineering when the real application part of the subject in the industry is known. Engineering graphics, Metallurgy, Thermodynamics, Manufacturing processes, Non-destructive tests, Quality assurance &  Quality control, etc. are the core subjects. Getting practical support for the real application of core subjects will improve skills and interest in learning engineering studies.

The most advanced system of training - Industrial Exposure and Internship "IND EXPO 01" is introduced during engineering studies by Induscan Academy as listed below.
Ind-Expo Phase 2 (For Third-year students)
Ind-Expo Phase 3 (For Fourth-year students)

This training system gives engineering students an opportunity to visualize the practical applications of core engineering subjects. This training program is a miniature of mechanical engineering subjects in line with the cross-section of the mechanical engineering industry.
