Regular and crash course: The information below describes the Induscan QC Technician pathway. The crash course is a condensed programme in the same field; schedule, hours, and fee are explained during pre-admission counselling.
The applicant shall have passed PLUS TWO (in any discipline) from Government approved higher secondary school and shall have attended the preadmission counselling at Induscan to get eligibility for course admission. Registration fee is Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only). On line registration form is available from website.
Pre admission counselling (One day) will be arranged in the institute to explain the course content, course benefit, course fee, joining process, methodology of training, stipend, employment, answer to questions etc. Counselling dates will be published as per schedule of batches.
The selected student should undergo the four Modules (Module 1, 2, 3 and 4) of the training programs to complete the studies. During this period, the student undergoes practical oriented training on various concepts of Engineering such as Engineering drawings, Materials identification, Material handling, Metallurgy, Manufacturing process (Marking, Cutting, Drilling, Steel structural fabrication, Piping fabrication, Welding, Process NDT, Quality Control tests, maintenance, Industrial Safety and Disaster Management in the level of a technician. Duration training is 1200 Hours (210 Working Days @ 6 hours a day). Methodology of study is 30% theory and 70% Practical classes.
Up on completion of the training program students shall continue as apprentice trainee (Module 4.A) in Induscan construction projects with attractive stipend till they find suitable placement in other organizations.

The applicant shall have the Diploma in Engineering (any discipline) or graduation in Physics / Chemistry or Certificate of Induscan QC Technician. Registration fee is Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only). On line registration form is available from website.

During this period, the student undergoes practical oriented training on various concepts of Engineering Such as Engineering Drawings, Dimensions of Materials, Material standards, Manufacturing processes, Steel fabrication, Process Piping, Welding Procedures, Welder qualification, International Welding Standards, NDT Procedures and Standards, Electrical work, Instrumentation work, Quality Control Methods, International Quality Standards, Maintenance, Industrial Safety, Project Management and Disaster Management in the level of a Engineering Supervisor / Inspector. Duration of the course is 720 Hours (120 Working Days @ 6 hours per day).
Up on completion of the training program students shall continue as apprentice trainee (Module 8.A) in Induscan construction projects with attractive stipend till they find suitable placement in other organizations.

The applicant shall have the Graduation in Engineering (any discipline) or Certificate of Induscan QC Inspector. Registration fee is Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only). On line registration form is available in website.

During this period of study, the student undergoes practical oriented training on various concepts of Engineering Such as Engineering Design, Project Planning, Estimation and Costing, Man Power Management, Progress Monitoring, Material Procurement, Project execution, Welding procedures, Process Piping, Quality Assurance, Quality control, Maintenance, Business Management, Industrial Safety and Disaster Management in the level of an Engineer.
Duration of the course is 900 Hours (150 Working Days @ 6 hours a day). Methodology of study is 50% theory and 50% Practical classes.
